Located in the heart of St. Catharines, our studio blends the precision of Pilates with the intensity of functional cardio to deliver a full-body workout unlike anything else in the Niagara Region. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to take your training to the next level, our expert instructors will guide you through safe, effective and results driven classes. Pilates-inspired, Cardio-infused.
STRONG Pilates is part Resistance, part Rowing or Riding. Each class is a Strength/HIIT Hybrid workout focusing on either your upper body, lower body, core, obliques or a combination.
All classes are 45 minutes of low-impact Pilates-inspired resistance training, combined with strength blocks and high-intensity cardio intervals on our exclusive Rowformer or Bike.

Expect dynamic transitions and functional movement patterns to improve your performance and longevity.

Slower pace with heavy springs, heavy dumbbells and time-under-tension.
Built for progress and designed around true progressive overload, using heavy springs, dumbbells and controlled tempo to maximize time-under-tension and lean muscle.
SWEAT CLASS
Bringing together everything we love: Pilates, strength, and cardio, in one dynamic, full-body session, it’s designed for variety, connection and results.
Basically, HIIT but make it low impact.
