Usui Reiki Healing

  • Most simply, Reiki is Life-Force energy.

    A Japanese energy healing modality that reduces stress, clears emotional stagnation and supports healing from within across mind, body, and spirit. .

    It is the divine, subtle energy that makes up all living things and when channeled with purpose by attuned practitioners— harmonizes the inner body while inducing deep relaxation.

    Think of it as hands-on healing that recalibrates your energy from the inside out. Reiki harmonizes your own system with the universal one, supporting physical, emotional, and energetic balance.

  • Each session is designed to feel intentional, spacious, and attuned to you.

    • Arrival & Intake
      You’ll be welcomed into the space and guided through a brief waiver/intake form.

    • Grounding Connection
      We may share a few moments over tea to arrive, settle your nervous system and connect over conversation.

    • Settling In
      You’ll lie comfortably on the treatment table, fully clothed, with shoes removed, supported by blankets or props as needed.

    • Reiki Treatment
      With your consent, Reiki is offered through light hands-on placement or hands hovering above the body.
      Sessions follow classical Usui Reiki hand positions, then intuitively guided to where your system is calling for support.

    • Integration & Optional Oracle Reading
      After the treatment, you’ll have time to slowly return. If desired, we can include a short oracle card reading for reflection and insight.

    • Debrief & Closing
      We’ll share any energetic observations, and you’re welcome to ask questions before you head out to live out your bliss.

  • I was curious, but hesitant to try a one on session. The Reiki and Restore class was a perfect opportunity for me to experience it. I don’t know what magic Marlies worked as my eyes were closed the whole time, but I felt such a release at the end of class, and into the rest of my evening.
